Ohio LinuxFest welcomes, in person, and online as well, all free and open source software professionals, enthusiasts and everyone interested in learning more about free and open source software.

Jon “maddog” Hall's, Board Chair at Linux Professional Institute, keynote will be: United We Stand.

Today the words we hear to describe are “divided” and “divisive.” Social media allows people to create divisions and we all lose.
Perhaps there is a better way, that of recognizing the contributions made by people regardless of their sex, sexuality, nationality and status in life.
This keynote will illustrate some of these contributions and open a discussion of how to move forward.

The Linux Professional Institute boot camp at OLF '22 is an all-day training session that covers the objectives of the CompTIA Linux+ and/or LPIC-1 certification. A very fast-paced boot camp recommended for people who wish to verify their readiness for the exam, want to have a “last-pass” practice session before taking the exam, or are looking for deeper understanding of particular exam objectives.
