The talk will explore the impact of post-quantum computing on encryption\, digital sovereignty\, and why open source systems remain essential for security\, transparency\, and control. \nFOSDEM is one of the most important free and open source software events in the world\, bringing together thousands of developers\, contributors\, and organisations every year in Brussels.
