Creio que a maioria das pessoas no sector inform\u00e1tico concordaria que \u00e9 importante apresentar um certificado relacionado com a pr\u00e1tica que mostre que o titular \u00e9 um especialista num assunto espec\u00edfico, comprovado por um exame reconhecido. Os certificados gerais que transmitem principalmente conhecimentos te\u00f3ricos (por exemplo, &#8220;consultor de TI&#8221; ou &#8220;gestor de TI&#8221;) podem n\u00e3o ter o mesmo valor em termos de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e promo\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Mas se uma certifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional \u00e9 significativa, at\u00e9 que ponto os gestores de RH devem prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos certificados apresentados pelos candidatos a emprego e pelo pessoal, primeiro para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o do pessoal e depois para o desenvolvimento do pessoal? O meu artigo expande os benef\u00edcios da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o para os RH.<\/p>\n<h2>Certifica\u00e7\u00f5es ao longo do ciclo de emprego<\/h2>\n<p>Para o recrutamento, os benef\u00edcios da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o para RH e gestores \u00a0s\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de ver: Um certificado demonstra claramente as compet\u00eancias profissionais do candidato a emprego na respetiva \u00e1rea. Para al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m mais f\u00e1cil comparar candidatos concorrentes com base em certificados, uma vez que estes representam conhecimentos definidos e padronizados.<\/p>\n<p>Mas e quanto ao desenvolvimento do pessoal? Os funcion\u00e1rios querem expandir seus conhecimentos e oportunidades de carreira, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 d\u00favida sobre isso. Os empregados tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam sempre boas ideias sobre a dire\u00e7\u00e3o que querem tomar e como o seu empregador os pode apoiar com os recursos de tempo e dinheiro. Durante esta discuss\u00e3o, o t\u00f3pico da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o torna-se mais evidente para a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre empregado e empregador:<\/p>\n<p>Para o empregado, a vantagem da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 clara: aumenta o seu valor como empregado, tem a vantagem de, ao candidatar-se a um emprego, poder provar facilmente as suas compet\u00eancias e capacidades de uma forma padronizada, oferece a oportunidade de se destacar de outros candidatos ou colegas, e os certificados at\u00e9 formam a base para outra posi\u00e7\u00e3o, possivelmente mais elevada dentro da empresa e uma maior compensa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Especialmente em muitos pa\u00edses europeus, os diplomas e certificados s\u00e3o uma base importante para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos empregados. Ao contr\u00e1rio dos EUA, onde as refer\u00eancias boas e pormenorizadas continuam a ser uma vantagem para as pessoas que procuram emprego, na UE e especialmente na Alemanha, um grande n\u00famero de credenciais e certificados s\u00e3o importantes, mesmo que a sua import\u00e2ncia tenha diminu\u00eddo nos \u00faltimos dez anos.<\/p>\n<h2>Como \u00e9 que os empregadores podem beneficiar<\/h2>\n<p>A vantagem mencionada anteriormente para o empregado \u00e9, na verdade, um perigo potencial para o respetivo empregador, porque o empregado altamente credenciado pode tornar-se o foco de tentativas de ca\u00e7a furtiva. Mesmo assim, as certifica\u00e7\u00f5es dos funcion\u00e1rios oferecem v\u00e1rias vantagens para o empregador:<\/p>\n<p>O empregado \u00e9 motivado a fazer um programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de certificado espec\u00edfico, se for recomendado e concedido a ele, porque essas forma\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o geralmente no segmento de pre\u00e7o superior e registo privado exigiria uma grande despesa de tempo e dinheiro.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa pode ter a certeza de que o empregado n\u00e3o est\u00e1 apenas a passar cinco dias num hotel de luxo ou num centro de confer\u00eancias numa cidade atraente ou numa est\u00e2ncia de f\u00e9rias, mas est\u00e1 a aprender algo significativo e est\u00e1 empenhado na tarefa em quest\u00e3o, porque \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um exame no final e deve ser aprovado para obter o certificado.<\/p>\n<p>Os funcion\u00e1rios certificados tamb\u00e9m ajudam a proteger contra penaliza\u00e7\u00f5es por falhas inform\u00e1ticas e viola\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a, porque as certifica\u00e7\u00f5es geralmente satisfazem as directrizes regulamentares que provam que as qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es exigidas estavam em vigor, o que \u00e9 importante n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em TI, mas tamb\u00e9m em muitas outras ind\u00fastrias que s\u00e3o certificadas de acordo com determinadas normas, e onde as certifica\u00e7\u00f5es podem fornecer provas inquestion\u00e1veis de compet\u00eancia em auditorias externas regulares. Assim, os certificados tornam-se tamb\u00e9m uma parte integrante da gest\u00e3o da qualidade.<\/p>\n<h2>Certifica\u00e7\u00f5es para reten\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios<\/h2>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s esta breve digress\u00e3o, voltemos \u00e0 quest\u00e3o de saber se os certificados s\u00e3o adequados como uma ferramenta para o desenvolvimento de pessoal.<\/p>\n<p>Na minha opini\u00e3o, a resposta \u00e9 \u00f3bvia. Vejo uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o vantajosa para ambas as partes na concess\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00e3o com certificado sem questionar. Como salientado anteriormente, algumas empresas receiam que os seus empregados possam sair porque os certificados os tornam interessantes para outras empresas. Mas este receio negligencia os muitos outros factores que desempenham um papel na decis\u00e3o de abandonar e mudar de emprego, para al\u00e9m das qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais comprovadas pelos certificados.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, um certificado \u00e9 extremamente importante como ferramenta de desenvolvimento do pessoal porque, para al\u00e9m dos factores essenciais de lideran\u00e7a, valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, clareza da tarefa, grau de liberdade pessoal na execu\u00e7\u00e3o da tarefa e &#8220;factores de higiene do trabalho&#8221; gerais (sal\u00e1rio, f\u00e9rias, benef\u00edcios, etc.), a forma\u00e7\u00e3o em certifica\u00e7\u00e3o oferece uma oportunidade \u00fanica de vincular o trabalhador \u00e0 empresa e aumentar a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalhador. Quem tem a certeza de que todos estes factores s\u00e3o fundamentais para o seu trabalho v\u00ea, num programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o certificada concedido pela entidade patronal, n\u00e3o apenas o ganho pessoal para a atividade profissional do trabalhador, mas a totalidade dos benef\u00edcios pessoais e empresariais acima descritos. Esta atra\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta definitivamente a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal com a empresa.<\/p>\n<p>A import\u00e2ncia dos certificados na \u00e1rea de desenvolvimento de pessoal \u00e9, portanto, uma faca de dois gumes.
