The Linux Professional Institute (LPI), the world\u2019s premier Linux certification organization announced exam labs sessions for their Linux Professional Institute Certifications (LPIC) at SCALE 14x at the Pasadena Convention Center, Pasadena, California on January 24, 2016. \u00a0Take advantage of a 40% off discount when you register for SCaLE 14x<\/a> using the promo code LPI16.<\/p>\n

This is the sixth year LPI has participated as a certification sponsor of SCALE.<\/p>\n

Exam Labs:<\/strong> All three levels of LPI\u2019s professional certification program (LPIC-1, LPIC-2, LPIC-3) and the Linux Essentials certificate exam will be offered at the event.<\/p>\n

The promotional price for all LPIC exams will be $99 (regularly priced at $188). The Linux Essentials exam will be $65 (regularly $110). A full description of LPI\u2019s Linux certification program and the Linux Essentials certificate program may be found at LPI.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Important Note: To participate in an exam lab, a candidate must have an LPI ID which may be obtained at: https:\/\/www.lpi.org\/register<\/a><\/p>\n

Candidates must make payment for their exam(s) on-site 15 minutes prior to the exam lab either by cash, check or credit card. Each exam takes approximately 90 minutes to complete with the exception of the Linux Essentials exam in which 60 minutes are allocated to complete the exam.<\/p>\n

Exam labs are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday January 24th in the Pasadena Convention Center\u2019s Ballroom. PLEASE NOTE: candidates must bring their LPI ID and a government issued photo identification to the exam lab in order to take any LPI exam. \u00a0Stop by the LPI booth (#330) for more information and to register for an exam or two if you\u2019re feeling ambitious!<\/p>\n
