Let’s make Software Freedom Day 2025 the most impactful yet. Join us in shaping the future of open technology: locally and globally.
Software Freedom Day (SFD) is a global celebration of Free/Libre and Open Source Software. Organised annually by the Digital Freedom Foundation, SFD gathers enthusiasts, developers, educators, and organisations to promote ethical technology and digital empowerment.
After years of collaboration and support, Linux Professional Institute (LPI) has expanded its commitment from media partner to official sponsor of SFD25. We support the initiative not only with visibility and awareness, but also by contributing to swag pack distribution and broader outreach efforts.
