Linux Professional Institute at Chemnitz Linux Days – CANCELLED

“Simply do it” is the motto of Chemnitz Linux Days, taking place March 14 – 15, 2020. The largest Linux and open source event in the German-speaking world will focus on the simplicity and usability of applications. Linux Professional Institute Central Europe (LPI CE) will once again be on hand with reduced-price exams. We are thrilled to support this event again!

Simple

In recent years, there has been considerable progress in IT in the area of usability. Even working with Linux no longer requires specialist knowledge. However, behind easy-to-use applications, interfaces and solutions there is often more complexity than in previous years. The focus of this year’s Chemnitz Linux Days will be to shed light on this area of tension and to clarify the question of how “simple” is not yet “too simple”. However, the organizers of Chemnitz Linux Days are also aware of the ambiguity of the motto and have specifically called on initiators of young projects who dare to do something and ” simply do it” to submit contributions.

Linux Professional Institute will offer a discount exclusively to Chemnitz Linux Days attendees. The Linux Essentials, DevOps Tools Engineer, BSD Specialist, LPIC 1, LPIC 2 and LPIC 3 paper exams are offered at a discount of nearly 50%.
