LPI at Grazer Linuxtage 2026 with Huge Community Discount!

Linux Professional Institute (LPI) is pleased to participate in the Grazer Linuxtage 2026, an annual conference around open source software and hardware.
The Grazer Linuxtage brings together 1,000+ participants, including IT professionals, students, educators, and hobbyists, for two days of talks, workshops, and community networking. The event is free and open to the public, with no reservation required.
The program features sessions on security, development, open data, applications, and system administration, along with hands-on workshops and lightning talks.
Paper-Based Exam Sessions with Special Pricing
The exams will be offered at a community discount, costing 70 Euros (Essentials exams) and 110 Euros (all other exams). This offer is sponsored by our Channel Partners Open Source Certification GmbH and Linux-Training Werner Fischer.
Discounted exam pricing (paper-based exams only):
- €70 for Linux Essentials and Security Essentials
- €110 for all professional-level certification exams
This represents a huge discount on standard pricing, sponsored by our partners. Registration is required to take advantage of this offer.
Candidates can take Linux Essentials, Web Development Essentials, and Security Essentials in both English and German language, Open Source Essentials (only in English), the LPIC-1 (German and English), LPIC-2 (German and English), and LPIC-3 exams (English only), as well as the DevOps Tools Engineer and BSD Specialist exams (both in English only).
Since seats are limited, we kindly ask candidates to preregister for the event. Although LPI recommends pre-registration, vacant places will be allocated to candidates without pre-registration.
LPI representatives Björn Schönewald, Dirk Streubel, and Werner Fischer will be on site throughout the event.
